Dominica Needs New Direction

As Dominica marks 40 years of Independence, many individuals do not feel that the country is independent. For folks on the ground,  dependency on government is the new reality.  They are now more dependent on Government; more so than before the island's independence.  In turn, this country has become more dependent on external funding and 'undisclosed' deal with 'opportunistic' nations and individuals.  This video explores the importance of  charting a new direction to curtail this dependency.
